In A Perfect World

In a perfect world, I would have that crummy peice of paper that these morons seem to treasure so highly. And I would get a nice hefty raise that is more fitting to the kind of work I do and the commitment & things I have done for my post. In a perfect world, they should understand what I bring to the table each & every night and not sit on their asses so high & mighty.
